Aquarian New Moon ♥

Friday the 12th of February, we have a New Moon falling in Aquarius & this day also ushers in the Chinese New Year of – The Yin Metal Ox.

Coinciding with the New Moon we have a mega line up of planets in Aquarius known as a Stellium & the New Moon will supercharge the current Stellium to the max!!!

At the time of this New Moon, the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn will all be in Aquarius.

If you’ve been itching for a little inspiration, the New Moon in Aquarius will be just the astrological event you’ve been waiting for.

Aquarian energy is revolutionary, innovative, awakening, and expansive. It brings with it new ideas, new ambitions, and the gift of seeing ourselves in one another.

With this strong pull of planets in one sign of the zodiac, we may notice our focus widening or shifting to new heights.

What we choose to focus on expands, and even though this is always true, we may feel it amplified under the energies of this Aquarian New Moon.

With this strong force of planets in Aquarius activated by the New Moon, we may also see shifts on a global level too.

The last time we had strong Aquarian energy like this was back in the ’60s and it coincided with the hippie counterculture movement. All the things that this movement stood for… equality, peace, and community, are all very much linked to the energy of Aquarius.

At the time of this New Moon, there may be a strong desire to return to some of these values, or to perhaps engrain them more into our society. Creating community, equality, and social programs that benefit all, are all possible under this energy.

As this is a New Moon, we may notice seeds being planted in this direction that will blossom in the months and years to come.

Every month, the universe gifts us with a window of time that is prime for manifestation, in the form of a New Moon. We may have been thinking of some ideas hidden in the deepest recesses of our minds, similar to the Moon is in its most hidden dark phase.

The New Moon is a time for us to call these ideas to the surface and start embracing them! Just as farmers used to plant under the darkness of the New Moon’s night sky to give their crops the chance to grow without being targeted by predators, putting our thoughts, ideas and goals on paper during this time will allow us to plant our own seeds of intention.

Given that this New Moon will be illuminated by Mercury, Venus and Jupiter, it will be more powerful than the last few new moons we’ve been graced with. Mercury will allow us to channel our ideas more clearly and concisely, and this will be especially true if working to tweak an idea or project that is already in process, since Mercury is still retrograde until February 20.

If it’s a new project that’s been in the beginning stages, it’s still a great time to brainstorm, but know that once Mercury goes direct, there may need to be some additional tweaks to get it just right.

In addition to Mercury’s impact, Venus will bring her powers of love and beauty, giving our intentions a little bit of sparkle. On top of that, Jupiter will only magnify the energy we are putting out there.

While this New Moon brings so much beauty and a reminder that we are co-creators of our reality, not just on a personal level but on a collective level too, it may trigger some tension.

Whenever we have a line up of planets so tightly together, their energy merges and this can create feelings of being overwhelmed, confusion, and that we are wading through a fog.

This strong charge of energy may cloud our mind, make it hard to see the road ahead, or we may find ourselves needing to rest or sleep.

Self-care practices, especially ones that are focused around forgiveness and clearing resentments from the past may be particularly beneficial at this time.

While we may feel a little mentally foggy and confused, this is always our signal to get out of our head and into our heart.

So very often we get lost in the mental chatter of our mind, but sometimes there is a power in silencing our thoughts so our inner knowing can rise up from within.

With all of this strong air energy floating around at the time of this New Moon, it also worthwhile remembering not to believe everything we think, and to gravitate towards thoughts that make us feel good, rather than thoughts that don’t.

These small little practices can help the energy of this potent February New Moon feel a little gentler, free-flowing, and channeled in a more positive direction.

What we choose to focus on expands. So, we all definitely need to think about where we wish to direct this energy for our best outcomes.

First Mercury Retrograde for 2021 ♥

We have entered the first Mercury Retrograde of 2021, it began on January 30th and will end on February 20th and this is the first of 3 Mercury Retrogrades for 2021.

Mercury the communication planet will be retrograde in Aquarius, the fixed (also known as most resolute or stubborn) air sign. Known for being progressive, futuristic, humanitarian, friends with literally everyone, and quirky to the max, Aquarius is ruled by electrifying Uranus, the planet of rebellion, revolution, and change… often of the sudden variety.

For the last few years, Mercury has predominantly been retrograding in water signs, but all through 2021 Mercury predominantly retrogrades in air signs.

Mercury is ruled by the element of air and earth, so having it retrograde in one of its ruling elements may intensify the experience.

We may feel mentally foggy, confused, or lack the clarity that is needed to make decisions. Whenever Mercury enters retrograde, especially in an air sign, we have to work a little harder to quiet our minds and be sure we are not spiraling into a loop of overthinking.

While Mercury retrograde in air signs can cloud our mental energy, it doesn’t bring thoughts up for no reason.

If we do find ourselves pondering on something, it may be a sign that we need to pay attention. This is a bit of a fine line though.

On one hand, we don’t want to ignore any nagging thoughts and feelings, but on the other, we also don’t want to get stuck going over things again and again.

Our main lessons during this Mercury Retrograde season, and the ones to come, will be to acknowledge any mental chatter, observe what needs to be looked at, and learn how to release and let go of the rest.

We can also think of these air-sign Mercury Retrogrades as an opportunity to sharpen our intuition and learn how to refine what is fear and insecurity, and what is our intuition.

Yes, Yes, Mercury the planet of communications likes to mess with communications of all kinds during a Retrograde phase and is renowned as a time to back up our data, double check all dealings and look closely before signing contracts ect.

This is something we need to consider doing during any Mercury retrograde. But because Aquarius is ruled by Uranus and is particularly obsessed with all things science and tech, the next three weeks could present an even more urgent opportunity to get our tech in order.

Consider what needs wrangling, whether it’s organising all those files in the cloud, attending to ongoing issues like lost passwords or unanswered emails, or backing up every last bit of info… it’s all worth it in an effort to preempt any Mercury retrograde nightmares.

But while Mercury loves to mess with all of the technology we’re endlessly addicted to, screw up travel plans, and set the stage for plenty of interpersonal confusion, the astrological occurrence, like most others, is not entirely negative.

It’s also an opportunity to look backward, to reflect, revise, review, and tie up loose ends before moving forward confidently and decisively. It serves as a reminder that, no matter how much we wish we could push forward 24/7 every day of the year life wasn’t designed to be lived with our foot on the pedal every day. In fact, by slowing down and checking in with ourselves, we might ultimately get even further.

Mercury, the planet of communications is also the messenger of the Gods, and when it enters retrograde, or the underworld as the ancients would say, it is a time for us to unearth thoughts and feelings that are buried in our subconscious.

This can be incredibly powerful and can help us to understand the underlying cause of any beliefs or behavior patterns we are playing out. It can also allow us to understand ourselves on a deeper level.

There is a strong focus on love and relationships under this Mercury Retrograde due to the position of Venus. Venus will be very active at this time, as will the planet Uranus.

Uranus is the planet of surprise and whenever its energy is present, things can catch us off guard.

Some new information may be revealed, requiring a certain level of change or instability. This may feel unsettling at first, but it can also guide us to awaken into a deeper understanding of who we are choosing to surround ourselves with and the type of partnerships that we are leaning towards.

Life is tough, which is why we humans gravitate towards family, community, and partnership with others. We can achieve so much on our own, but we can achieve so much more when we team up with others and receive support from them too.

This first Mercury Retrograde of 2021 will shine a spotlight on our closest relationships. It may trigger things from our past, reignite heart wounds that we need to clear, and cloud the waters. But it also offers a deeper understanding, new clarity, and awakening into how we can create positive change.

This is also a time to embrace our own quirkiness. Influenced by rebellious Uranus, which urges us to be free-spirited and strike out on our own, Aquarians tend to reject convention and the status quo, preferring to write their own script on everything.

Mercury retrograde in Aquarius was made for exploring different ways to own and showcase the strengths, dreams, and perspective that makes us distinctive, unique, and yes, sometimes, a complete weirdo. Finding the fun and being our unique selves will brighten our first Mercury Retrograde of the year.

Leo Full Moon ♥

Friday the 29th of January, we have a Full Moon falling in the Fire sign of Leo who sits opposite the Sun in Aquarius. Our first Full Moon for the year offers us a clear understanding that we are standing at a gateway between the ‘old way’ and the ‘new way’ in our personal lives (as well as in the collective), and we should be feeling more enthusiastic than ever to accept the invitation to jump full force into a new more heart centred journey, as Leo rules the Heart.

We are also approaching the end of the current zodiac cycle, which will conclude just before the March Equinox and things may feel like they are reaching a climax point. The Leo Full Moon may very well trigger this climax point.

A lot of stuff may brew up for us during this Full Moon & not all of it will be pretty…Ugh ?

This is one of those Full Moons that feels like a mixed bag of tricks and perhaps a little chaotic. We may feel knocked off guard or perhaps confused or uncertain about something we were once sure of.

Information may come to the surface that challenges us, or we may notice the unraveling of hidden emotions and feelings that were once neatly tucked away.

While the alignments around this Full Moon are chaotic, they also offer us protection, especially if we look further out and to the big picture.

A Leo Full Moon is the sign that rules the heart and certain ‘matters of the heart’ including romance, risk, speculation, games, recreation, and creativity. These are the happy things that we choose to connect with because they bring us joy and pleasure and are ways of expressing and engaging ‘our hearts true desires’.

Leo is also associated with childhood since this is a period in life when we feel less constricted and self-conscious about letting these parts of ourselves shine. However, unfortunately, in our modern culture it is during childhood that these very parts of ourselves frequently get diminished, squashed, or warped.

If we feel held back, we tend towards rebellion and extremism, as exemplified by Leo’s opposite sign of Aquarius. Leo and Aquarius are both fixed signs, so once they ‘take a stand’ on something it can be hard to sway them. There may be confusion, frustration, and stubbornness around this Leo Full Moon, especially if the creative is stifled.

This Full Moon asks us …where is your Leo heart, full of its own sense of adventure, wonder, creativity and to find its expression in this life?

The Inner Child is very active during a Leo Full Moon, we should all let them out to play!

Although there is some chaotic energy around the Full Moon, we do have a very positive alignment of Jupiter and the Sun occurring.

Jupiter aligning with the Sun is considered fortunate energy, and a fantastic time for signing new deals, launching an event or business, or connecting with and experiencing synchronicities.

It is a day that brings abundance and an expansion of our talents and gifts.

Although under the influence of some chaotic Full Moon energies, it may be a little harder to connect with this abundant energy, but it does not mean it’s not there.

If we keep our minds open, we may just be able to find the little jewels that the Universe has to offer us.

This Jupiter Sun alignment also holds the Jupiter motto… “go big or go home”. The planet of luck and expansion is sending this signal quite clearly during the Leo Full Moon.

This is the time to get truly real and honest with ourselves about how we have been holding ourselves back, holding our hearts back, so that Jupiter can take the sledge-hammer and break these fixed patterns once and for all. Now let’s be real, experiencing a sledge-hammer is not always fun.

But the story of most of 2020 was Jupiter and Pluto teamed up with Saturn to take a sledge-hammer to our outdated institutions and patriarchal norms. So at least now we can accept a parting gift from Jupiter and Pluto during this Leo Full Moon of a reset of our outdated personal emotional patterns.

Pay attention to the signs of the Universe and nature on this day, staying open to their messages and keep our sights set on the bigger picture. Know that if things are confusing, they won’t be that way forever.

Clarity will soon arise, and in time, we may even be able to look back on these events as necessary for the next steps on our journey.

Leo is also about leadership and finding our confidence. Let’s all tap into that. Yes, there can be obstacles in our path, but the courage and determination that Leo energy brings reminds us that we always have the power to make the best of whatever situation we find ourselves in.

Whenever we have strong energy, like we do with this Full Moon, it is easy to fall victim to our fears and to old, familiar habits, even if we know they are not the best for us.

It takes courage to rise from our fears and to remove ourselves from our comfort zones. It takes an inner strength to face adversity and to look at the bigger picture.

These are definitely no easy tasks, but under the bright Leo Full Moon, we will be guided as long as we take the courage to make that first step.

Sometimes taking that first step is the hardest part, but also the most important & rewarding.

Leo is heart-centered energy, so let us all use this time to open our hearts to the Universe and to our unseen journeys coming up.

We need to remember to open our hearts to ourselves, to others and remember just how brave and bold we are. We got this!!

Capricorn New Moon ♥

Wednesday the 13th of January our first New Moon of 2021 falls in the sign of Capricorn.

This New Moon falls at 23 degrees of Capricorn, which all through 2020, was a sensitive degree in our cosmic skies. It was at this very degree in January of 2020, that Saturn and Pluto aligned, and the stirrings of what was to come for the year ahead kicked into gear.

The New Moon arriving at this 23rd degree of Capricorn may remind us of the journey we have traveled since January 2020 and stir memories back to this time last year. How much we have all grown. How much our lives have changed.

We experienced so many rare astrological alignments last year, and while 2021 is quieter in comparison, we are still assimilating all of the energies of 2020.

With strong Earthy Capricorn energy under the New Moon we can set new goals, work on long-term plans, and make sure we’re going in the right direction for this year. We can be Capricornial practical about what we can achieve and know what our abilities are.

Capricorn helps us to get more disciplined, responsible, cautious, and considerate. We can try to do things the right way and for the right reasons, and we can work to build something that will last for a long time. Our focus is in realistic and the energy is here to encourage us to stick to our plans faithfully.

There may be focus on governments, institutions, corporations, the establishment, or politics with this New Moon (hopefully not in a negative way!).

This New Moon is conjunct to Pluto in Capricorn, and this increases passion and intensity for the New Moon. Whatever we work on, we can throw ourselves into fully, and channel our passionate energy productively.

A Capricorn New Moon is always a grounding influence and a good time to reconnect with the Earth, our ancestors, and our roots. We are going to have to keep these gifts in mind as there are some volatile energies surrounding this New Moon that could knock us off balance.

The aspects and energy indicates a chance of upheaval, shock, and restlessness. It seems there may be a push-pull dynamic or some opposing forces that create a feeling of division.

There are a lot of aspects around the Capricorn New Moon and not all of them are favorable.

There is volatile energy triggered in part by the dwarf planet Eris, the Goddess of Discord and Strife, which will be in a tense square aspect to the Capricorn New Moon.

Uranus, Mars, and Black Moon Lilith will also be active at this time, further pushing this idea of some shocking news or surprising change. We may even notice Mother Earth speaking up by way of some strong weather patterns.

A few days after this New Moon Uranus, the planet of awakening, will also turn direct, further enhancing its energetic effects and revealing the true colours of something that was stirring for us back in August 2020, when it first went retrograde.

We also have Mars square Saturn which brings frustration and inhibition. And Jupiter square Uranus that can create tension and sudden change.

All the other aspects create complex aspect patterns that indicates an ongoing crisis trigger but can open up great opportunities for development. But also, a deep-seated problem that will take time and effort to adapt to.

No matter what challenges come our way, just like the Capricorn Seagoat who has the talent and skill to climb to the tallest mountain and swim to the deepest depths of the ocean, we too have the ability to overcome any hurdles that are sent our way.

While there are many layers to this January New Moon, let’s not forget that New Moons also signal new beginnings and the start of a new cycle.

They remind us that there are always opportunities to start new things or to try again, especially if something didn’t quite go according to plan the first time around.

The Capricorn New Moon also offers us motivation that will inspire and fuel us to tackle any challenging tasks that need to be completed. We may also notice a sudden burst of confidence and clarity, allowing us to make difficult decisions.

2020 was not a wasted year. It was a year to wake-up, to realign our values, and to view things in a new way. Let us all use what we have learnt and apply it to whatever seeds of intention we plant under the Capricorn New Moon.

Let us all honor just how much we have grown, learnt deeper appreciation and how our priorities have shifted for the better.

Love and Blessings ♥♥♥

Cancer Full Moon ♥

There is this sense of heightened emotions bubbling under this final Full Moon of the year.

It seems that whatever emotional weight we have carried may feel extra heavy, and in this heaviness, it may crash to the shore like a wave, drowning us in its weight.

Even though this sounds a bit intense, it is actually more cleansing and freeing.

There is this sense that whatever we have been carrying on our backs, whatever weight of the world we have felt on our shoulders, is now being washed away.

The Cancer Full Moon is shining a big bright light onto those who have been wearing a mask and pretending to be people that they are not.

This may be government officials, partners in relationships, friends or those we work with. Deception is revealed and we see the truth once and for all. This is a good time to take off the rose-colored glasses and see things in the light of truth.

The Cancer Full Moon reminds us that there is great potential as we move forward into the new year, and there is no need to take these unhealthy connections with us into 2021.

Cancer is ruled by the Moon, so the Moon shines in its element on this night, big and full for all of us to see. As the Moon returns to its favorite spot in our sky, it is able to express its powers to the fullest.

The Moon represents our emotions, but also what makes us feel safe and secure. It represents our ability to nurture ourselves and to take care of our emotional needs.

So much of our safety and security has been up for evaluation this year. It reminds us that we always have the power to create safety, comfort, love, and strength within ourselves.

The Cancer Full Moon ushers us to look and step within. This is a time to nurture ourselves and to the depths of our very souls.

This is a time to listen to the needs of our bodies, hearts, and our souls. There has been much attention, and even fear, placed on the state of our health this year, so we should all take a moment to honor, nourish, and look after our own well-being.

Flipping back to the start of the year, on January 10, 2020, we also had a Cancer Full Moon, however, this Full Moon was a Lunar Eclipse and its energy was much stronger.

It is interesting that we opened the year with a Cancer Full Moon, and we are now closing the year with a Cancer Full Moon. The difference between then and now however, is that things have softened, the energies are not as strong, there is this gentleness and a time of rest.

Chiron, the wounded healer, is also very active under this Full Moon. It supports this idea of allowing the murky water to settle, rather than trying to interfere or fix things.

Under this final Full Moon of 2020, Chiron works with the energies to remind us that we don’t need to prove ourselves to anyone.

We don’t need to hold the weight of the world on our shoulders. We don’t need to try… we can just be

Where are we over-extending or overreaching in our lives Where are we burning the candle too fast or strong? Where are we all trying too hard?

These areas of our lives can indicate our insecurities. Where we care too much can indicate something deeper that may be worthwhile exploring under the illuminating light of the Moon.

The Cancer Full Moon is also in a harmonious aspect to Uranus, indicating that we may receive some rewards or conclusion for our efforts. Perhaps these come by way of a tangible gift, but perhaps they also come in an intangible way too.

Perhaps our true gift is realising how much we have achieved, how much we have grown, and how much love we have poured into the world.

We very often measure our productivity based on the concrete things we have achieved, but why not measure it on how much we have loved, shown gratitude, and practiced kindness.

The Cancer Full Moon will light the path for the new year. It calls for us to let go of all that is weighing us down and all that feels heavy.

It asks for us to let go of anything we no longer wish to bring with us into this new chapter we are about to begin. It calls for us to let it go, not through struggle or effort but through allowing ourselves to just be.

Let’s all allow the energy of the Cancer Full Moon to soothe us and free us. Allow the energies of the Moon to guide us to our inner home, to our hearts where all is safe, and all is well.

Love and Blessings as we close the year of 2020

The Great Conjunction ♥

December 21st… To say today has a bit going on is an understatement. We have the Great Conjunction, The Equinox, Summer Solstice and Capricorn Season all happening at once.

I’ll just focus on the Great Conjunction… the Great Conjunction is a rare and very special astrological event that happens every 20 years or so. It involves the meeting of both Jupiter and Saturn at the same degree of the zodiac.

For the last 200 years, the Great Conjunction has occurred almost always in earth signs, but now, on December 21, 2020, both Jupiter and Saturn will align in the air sign of Aquarius.

This Great Conjunction has both planets the closest in a Very Long time and this alignment is called the ‘Christmas Star’ or Star of Bethlehem.

Last seen in 1266 in the Middle Ages, the ‘Christmas Star’ or Star of Bethlehem is a very rare astronomical occurrence.

According to NASA, this event won’t happen again until 2080.

As Jupiter and Saturn align in Aquarius it is going to kickstart a new era. It is also going to usher us deeper into the Age of Aquarius.

There is much debate on when the Age of Aquarius actually begins. Some astrologers believe it has already started; others believe we are still hundreds of years away.

Regardless of when the Age of Aquarius officially begins, it seems this Great Conjunction falling in Aquarius, is a sign that we are about to see many Age of Aquarius themes unfold.

For the last 200 years, as Jupiter and Saturn have been coming together in earth signs, they have shaped and defined the world we currently live in.

Earth energy is very tangible. It is all about building things, creating foundations, using the resources of the Earth, and focusing on material possessions.

Under this Earth energy, we have achieved a lot, but the time has come for a shift back into balance. We need to move away from material possessions, from robbing the Earth of its resources, and away from creating the tangible to creating the intangible.

And that is where the air energy of Aquarius comes into play. Aquarius energy is revolutionary & high-tech. Rather than wanting to create something tangible, Aquarius energy is all about the digital world.

In 2020, we have already seen a huge increase in people using the digital world.

Along with the world becoming more digital, we may also start to see a rise in community-based living.

Rather than looking to big organizations or government, we may instead find the support we need from our own community members. Creating a sense of community may also feel more important or necessary. Fabulous!!!

Aquarius energy can also bring advancements to the medical arena by encouraging alternative healing practices like sound healing, crystal healing, laser technology, and even more digitized healthcare services.

As the sign that rules over humanitarian efforts, we may also see developments surrounding issues such as homelessness, world hunger, and equal rights. Yeah…let’s see that happen!!

Aquarius energy allows us to focus on what is good for the whole. Rather than focusing solely on our own needs and wants, we are able to see that we are all connected and that we all need to come together in order to create a better world.

When this energy is in balance, it allows us to create a more peaceful and compassionate world where we are able to put ourselves in the shoes of others, where we are able to create supportive and loving communities, and where we are able to work together and share common goals.

This is the Age of Aquarius utopia that has been sung about and talked about for decades. This is the better life we can envisage for ourselves, where we are all honored for our individual selves but then also connected and working together as a whole and for the greater good.

Like with all things, there is a dark side to this energy too that we have to be mindful to avoid.

When not in balance, this energy can make us ignore the beliefs of others and fall into “sheep” mentality. Rather than being able to think for ourselves, we are told what to believe and have to follow the group in order to feel accepted.

We need to be mindful of not allowing our own individual spark to be lost in trying to serve others and our community. We need to make sure we are acting from a place of truth and authenticity, or we will find that society becomes based on ideas of a single few rather than the collective.

We have 200 years to find this balance, as both Jupiter and Saturn will travel through predominantly air signs for this next cycle.

We should all embrace the energies of this cycle by thinking about where we have been too attached to material possessions.

This is a time for us to remember the power of our thoughts and that our thoughts are powerful seeds of creation.

When we are in a place where we feel aligned and in an authentic headspace, we are automatically attracting whatever is best for us.

Rather than trying to manifest our goals, we should instead focus on bringing ourselves into a state of complete alignment. From this place, our goals and whatever we wish to manifest comes naturally.

Jupiter is the planet associated with abundance and expansion. Its energy is naturally optimistic and allows us to see possibilities and potentials.

Jupiter expands whatever it touches, allowing us to welcome abundance and to see things with a greater clarity. Jupiter is considered to be the lucky planet and the one that brings us our natural gifts and rewards in this life.

Saturn in many ways is seen as the opposite, however this is a bit of mistaken identity. Saturn is considered a harsh planet that likes to impose rules and restrictions.

It wants us to set boundaries and may make us feel held back and even oppressed. Its energy is similar to that of a strict teacher, always wanting us to follow the rules, work hard, and scolding us when we don’t.

However, Saturn is also where we do our most growing and most learning.

It is through Saturn that we are able to mature, to become wiser, and to find our true inner strength and power.

Both Jupiter and Saturn coming together in this conjunction is like the Lord of Karma meeting the planet of expansion. Here, Jupiter is able to shine a light on all of our Saturn lessons. It is able to soften them, make us see them with more clarity, but also in many ways, expand them.

As the Jupiter Saturn conjunction is so pivotal, this energy affects us on a global level too. It is almost like Earth is waking up to its karma. In many ways, our entire planet is advancing to a new level and looking for debts to be paid.

Whatever our collective Earth karma is, this Great Conjunction has arrived to set things into balance.

On a global level, whatever needs to be repaid will have to be repaid. Whatever is owed will have to be given.

On deeper spiritual levels, this alignment of Jupiter and Saturn indicates a rise in consciousness for the planet, where we are able to see with more clarity the karmic energy of the globe, and what we can do to create more balance.

It is also interesting to note that both Jupiter and Saturn will come together at zero degrees of Aquarius, which is a highly charged point of any zodiac sign.

0 degrees represents infinite potential and possibilities. It represents a time where all things are possible, and a new foundation is opening.

On this day, it will feel like Earth is moving through a portal of energy where it will be rebirthed and hold millions of new possibilities for all of us.

This is very fertile energy, which indicates new beginnings on a grand scale. Earth will never be the same again and as beings of this Earth, we will have no choice but to adapt and embrace this new chapter that is on offer to us.

The energy of the Great Conjunction will feel most powerful for the next few weeks. Then it will fade into the background of our lives, where it will continue to influence us most strongly for the coming years.

Sun aligns with the Galactic Centre ♥

Friday December 18th our Sun will align with the Galactic Center. The center of our galaxy is believed to sit at about 27 degrees of Sagittarius.

As the Sun aligns on this position of the zodiac, we experience galactic, high-frequency energy beaming down to Earth. This high vibrational energy can be used for manifestation work, alchemy, ritual work, and more!

The Galactic Center is a source of light.  Light is Knowledge.  It is universal, the source of all life and creation. It is the sustaining and animating energy of the universe.

Just as our planet orbits around the sun, our solar system orbits around the center of the galaxy.  Our Sun has a Sun.  Which is known as the Central Sun or the Great Central Sun, The Spiritual Sun.

Our Sun gets its light and energy from the core of the galaxy.  The light that streams from this core, flows out of the spiral arms of the galaxy, and is rebroadcast through every star that lives in that arm of the galaxy, including our Sun.

The Code of Life appears in the human body, in the musical scale, in the colors of the rainbow spectrum.  These source codes animate the universe.  Source codes spiral into existence.  They form shapes and flows.  The same way our human energy body distributes prana through the central channel to the nadis, via the spiral vortexes of the chakras to each cell.

Prana is the force and flow of life.  The flow of prana though our nadis (channels, streams) governs the health and vitality of our body and mind.
This core galactic center is an emanation of the core/center/creation point of the universe.

It is an energy well we can each connect to both as a “refueling station” for the life-force energy in the body and as a source of light and information, inspiration.  And then use these codes, this info to spark our own inner creator self.

In this alignment corridor of December, we get an amplification and multiplication of the message, the signal strength increases, and we get to hear more clearly the light encoded messages of connection, light and life – the song of the universe.  So, in this alignment we get a “double dose” of light and energy – from both the sun and the galactic core.

These alignments offer unique opportunities to receive certain light codes and bundles of photons and information.  We tune our sensitivity to be able to receive these codes and hear the messages coming our way from the stars.  We have been at this task of fine tuning awareness and training for years and many of us for lifetimes.

This is a great time to take some time to sit quietly with ourselves and listen.  Make a connection to our personal embodied core (our soul center, our solar plexus).

Make a connection to the crystalline core of the Earth.  Make a connection to the Sun.  Create a column of light connecting these cores and sit or stand within it.

Then connect to the core of the Milky Way, the Galactic Center.  Picture it in your mind, check out images of space and other galaxies.

I plan to gift myself with some time in quiet, in receptive mode. Under the night time sky.  Watching the stars. Under the daytime sky, watching the clouds.  At sunset and sunrise, watching the colors and listening to the messages.

Love and Blessings xo

Saturn & Jupiter in Aquarius ♥

The Gateway Planets; Jupiter and Saturn are on the move; both are entering the Air sign of Aquarius this week! The Capricorn Stellium will finally be over!

With Jupiter and Saturn both changing signs, they are also going to align in a conjunction on December 21st. This is the first time they’ve come together in 20 years.

This conjunction is called the Great Conjunction (which occurs every 20 years or so; and I was reminded this is also the Great Mutation, which is another astro event that occurs every 200 years!).

First and foremost, we will feel focused on the future! Aquarius rules the future, and we’re looking to move forward toward the new and different.

Change is likely on the mind, and we want to make changes with the traditional and embrace the unconventional. We can be more independent, innovative, and idealistic.

Aquarius doesn’t want things to “go back to the way they were”, to “return to the status quo”.

Aquarius wants to shake things up and flip everything around. It is ruled by planet of change Uranus, after all! But with Saturn in play, we need to do this the right way.

We can’t be all impulsive and haphazard about it. We need to do our homework, think it through, come up with some semblance of a plan, and be logical.

On a personal level, this energy is focused on the areas of life ruled by the house the conjunction occurs in your natal chart, so search for where 0 degrees Aquarius falls for you It’ll be strongest if it aspects anything in your natal chart.

Saturn the planet of rules, regulations, and responsibilities. It is also known as the Lord of Karma.

It is important to note however, that karma is not about punishment, rather we can look at it as fuel for the growth of our soul.

The water bearer is the healer for the collective. It is focused on community, humanitarianism, and doing what is best for the highest good of all.

On the surface level, as Saturn moves through the sign of the water-bearer, we are likely to notice technological advancements, improvements to humanitarian efforts, and a focus on community.

We may see artificial intelligence take-off and perhaps other high-tech innovations that we are yet to even fathom.

Aquarius energy can also help unlock the inner healer in us and make us more accepting towards people who don’t conform to the status quo. There could also be a bigger push for greater equality.

On deeper levels, Saturn moving through Aquarius can guide us to challenge our own personal identity and our reason for doing things.

Jupiter expands whatever it touches, so whenever Jupiter is active in our cosmic skies, what we are choosing to focus on has the power to expand.

Jupiter expands things so we can see with a new clarity and with a new light. It grants us the awareness to look at things differently and to make changes accordingly.

Whenever we feel stuck or unsure, it is Jupiter’s energy that helps us to soar above it all and to look at the situation from a birdseye view.

Sometimes getting this clarity is what can help us to move from a rigid, stuck mindset, into a more open one.

As Aquarius is a sign that rules over innovation and doing things in a unique way, we may find that 2021 really calls for us to take a new approach.

The old ways of doing things, the tried and true traditions of the past, may just not be enough anymore.

Chiron Moves Direct ♥

Chiron Moves Direct Today in Aries, December 15th.

Chiron, the asteroid associated with healing turns direct after being retrograde since July. As Chiron was traveling retrograde, wounds from our past may have resurfaced to be revisited once again.

Now with Chiron traveling direct, we can take away new wisdom and strength from all we have been through.

In the fiery, innovative sign of Aries, it is important that we focus on who we are as individuals and the woundedness that is experienced around our identities.

Who exactly are we? Why were we born? Why are we here? These are just a few questions that could come up during the Chiron in Aries transit for us to address. Many fear addressing their wounds because they are afraid of what may come up to be addressed.

However, it is important to understand that Chiron transits offer us the opportunity to face those deep-seated wounds so that we can be our best selves.

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac symbolizing our youngest years of life and our personal sense of identity, what we look like and who we know ourselves to be. Aries is where one says, “I Am”.

Chiron in Aries is a time when people need to heal their identity and emotional wounds, especially those deep wounds that were conditioned from childhood.

Collectively, people tend to be more sensitive during this period as they work through figuring out how to heal their deepest, personal wounds that have been with them for a long time.

Self acceptance is a key priority for our lives now, which can lead to people asserting themselves as different and unique from others. However, this can lead to a protective and defensive attitude towards others that push people’s emotional buttons.

The Ram is also an aggressive warrior, but with Chiron traversing this field, time’s up on the “fight or flight” mentality. Drawing guns, dropping bombs, and fighting…the world can’t handle much more of that.

Chiron in Aries is here to heal the “wounded masculine” which has fueled centuries of bloody destruction and devastation.

Simultaneously, Chiron in Aries may also reveal where fear of conflict is keeping us stuck in self-destructive patterns.

Yes, there’s a time to fight for our rights…. but is there a way to do so that doesn’t involve domination, violence, one-upping and power-mongering?

This feels like a shift in energy collectively from Me to We

Chiron will remain in Aries until April 2027.

New Moon Solar Eclipse ♥

Monday December 14th we have a Total New Moon Solar Eclipse falling in the Fire sign of Sagittarius

This Total Solar Eclipse brings a burst of fresh energy, indicating new beginnings but also Great change. The full extent of these new beginnings or changes may not be realised straight away. There is a certain element of things being hidden or not fully exposed, but whatever seeds are planted on this day will eventually rise, strong and tall.

The Sagittarius New Moon Solar Eclipse + the upcoming Grand Cross is the highest vibrational energetic New Moon to bring 2020 to a close.

As we head toward both the Galactic Alignment on December 19, followed by the The Great Conjunction on December 22nd, I feel that this Solar Eclipse New Moon + Grand Cross is igniting a brilliant light filled energy of a Great Awakening.

This powerful New Moon will Light us all up from the inside out bringing much potential for growth

New Moons are all about setting intentions for the forthcoming cycle… how perfect then that our last New Moon for the year falls in the forward thinking sign of Sagittarius.  And that our New Moon is also being amplified through a Grand Cross & Total Solar Eclipse.

Unfortunately, we in Oz wont have the chance to views the Eclipse but it’s energy will be felt globally.

The total Solar Eclipse is visible from parts of Chile and Argentina in the afternoon. Some locations in southern South America, south-west Africa, and Antarctica will see the partial phase of this South American total solar eclipse, if the weather permits.

If you want to sus out if you can view it follow this link > Total Solar Eclipse on 14 December 2020 (timeanddate.com)

The Sagittarius New Moon feels so very alive, abounding with Joy, and enthusiastically refreshing in her exuberance.  A welcome ray of Solar-Lunar-Light after a year that has been quite challenging.

She will demand of us to Step up. To break free of the illusion. To envision a more awakened experience of heart & soul for the year ahead. A guiding light of possibility & purpose over the coming cycle.

2020 came with 6 eclipses, which is an unusually high amount. 4 were lunar eclipses though, so they just added on to the intense energy of this year. We finalise the year eclipse-wise with a Solar eclipse being in Sagittarius which is a much more optimistic, positive, forward-thinking eclipse. We can look at things with a brighter view and believe in what’s possible.

There may be more opportunities to pursue, bigger ideas to work on, and we want to expand, explore, and have new experiences. We can focus on being free to do what we want, when we want, and break out from something that has boxed us in for too long. We can get excited and focus on what we really believe in.

This Eclipse comes just a few days before both Jupiter and Saturn move into changeable Aquarius, so this is big energy for mid-December! It’s all about the future, what’s possible, and what new ventures we can embark on.

There is so much fresh energy on offer for us under this Eclipse. It brings the promise of brand new beginnings, fresh starts, and the opportunity to set wheels into motion.

The strong, abundant energy flowing around this Eclipse may also bring some gifts and rewards our way. This will be extra amplified by Saturn, who a few days later on December 17, will leave Capricorn where it has been for the last 2.5 years, for the sign of Aquarius.

It is said that whenever Saturn leaves one zodiac sign for another, we are gifted and rewarded for all of the hard work we have achieved.

The energy of the Solar Eclipse has the power to amplify these gifts and rewards, so think about where you have felt most challenged and where you have done the most growth, and then stay open to any gifts and rewards that may be illuminated for you under this energy.

The Sagittarius Solar Eclipse falls at 23-24 degrees of Sagittarius, which is also just a couple of degrees shy of the Galactic Center.

The Galactic Center is believed to be the center of our Universe and sits at about 27 degrees of Sagittarius. This is a highly sensitive degree of the zodiac and indicates strong cosmic activations.

Under the light of this Eclipse, we may notice our frequency lifted and our consciousness ascending. We may begin to become aware of growing pains or ascension symptoms, similar to flu like symptoms and lethargy. We may even find ourselves tapping into the wisdom of our intuition, spirit guides, and higher self with greater ease.

The Sabian Symbol for this Solar Eclipse, which falls between 23-24 degrees of Sagittarius is – a Blue Bird standing at the entrance to a house.

The idea of this bluebird standing at the door is a happy one. What a treat it would be to see a bright bluebird waiting at our door! It would feel like a special gift or a loving sign from the Universe.

However, the Bluebird could also be missed. We may be too busy on our phone, bustling about for Christmas coming, caught up with the thoughts in our minds or how many things we have to get done, that we miss the bluebird altogether.

And this energy is carried through the Solar Eclipse as well. It offers new beginnings; it offers signs and gifts from the Universe- but will we be open to see them? Will we be open to see the bluebird sitting at our door? This is the time to un plug and connect with nature, listen and feel the signs of these gifts!

The Universe is always offering things to us, but we have to be in an open state to notice and receive these offerings too.

The fastest way to get into a state of receiving is to shift our mindset, and the easiest way to do that is to focus on abundance, appreciation, and gratitude as often as we can.

When we shift out of complaining, wishing things were different, or self-limiting thinking, and open instead to abundance, we open the door to not just seeing the offering of the bluebird, but all that we have to offer too.

Giving from the pureness of our hearts is also another way to open to receiving.

Mercury, the “messenger of the Gods” is also very active under this Eclipse. Mercury rules over communication and our mind.

Under this Eclipse, our powers to create and draw things to us are amplified, so this is a time to pay attention to what we are choosing to focus on and think about.

What we think about expands, and this is doubly true under the power of this Eclipse.

While we do have to be mindful of our thought processes on this day, it is also important to remember that being true to ourselves is what we should aim for.

The Sagittarius Solar Eclipse beckons us to rise up and observe the many blessings that have been hidden in the shadows. As we bring our blessings into the light, it also shines a spotlight on our relationship with the Universe.

Overall, the Sagittarius Solar Eclipse carries some of the brightest energy we have experienced all year.

This is a time to stay open to the light and be grateful. Yes 2020 has been challenging but it has also made us look & go back to the important things in life. What is important, what do we all really need has been the lesson this year.

It has been an epic year of reset & reevaluating. Sure, parts of it Really sucked but hasn’t life simplified? Have we reassessed the beauty of family and our planet? YES…Do we all need to have everything all the time?  No!

I have missed seeing my family big time, especially my adult children & my heart broke for my tween ager missing her friends during lock down. Online schooling was very challenging & shutting my business down for months was financially hard… but we survived & I have more appreciation for the simple things in life.

All of us have a story of 2020 & I personally feel this year has had many positives amongst the restrictions and loss of freedom. We have Reset!

SO…. Lets’ look out for bluebirds. Listen to our own inner voices and keep our hearts pointed in the direction we wish to head!!

Love and Blessings xo ♥♥♥
