Virgo New Moon ♥

Saturday the 27th we have a New Moon in the Earth sign on Virgo. Under the dark Moon phase in Virgo, we begin a new lunar cycle, this is an opportunity to reset our own inner world.

It is time to consider what is no longer serving our highest growth and wellbeing. It is time for us to think about what new steps, practices, and actions we can take to bring us closer to a feeling of alignment, peace, and belonging.

Virgo New Moon energy will bless us with ambitious, go-getter energy that is on offer for us to tap into.

To make the most of this New Moon go get it energy we should ask yourselves. What are our aspirations? How do we get there? These seem like simple questions, sure, but they can be used to propel us forward to where we want to be.

The Virgo new moon is a fabulous time to set ambitious goals for the future. Virgo is by far one of the most organized and ambitious signs of the zodiac, and with both the Sun and Moon activating it, we have a double dose of can-do energy at our disposal.

With the New Moon in the Earthy sign of Virgo, there is also a grounded energy to this New Moon. It beckons us to sink our feet into the earth, to feel a part of all that surrounds us, and to remember that life is so much easier when we flow in harmony with the season of our lives.

Using the energy of the Virgo New Moon, we can learn to accept our reality, to bring ourselves back down to Earth, and to recognize that our soul chose to be here, on this planet, at this time.

It doesn’t really matter the reason, but knowing we are walking where we are meant to be walking, even if it doesn’t feel like it, can bring a sense of peace into our being. Allow ourselves to find truth in that idea, whatever that looks like for each of us.

Virgo is represented by the Virgin Goddess, and she is our guide under this New Moon energy. The Virgin Goddess is really a symbol of wholeness. She is whole and complete in herself. She is full and satisfied in her being. She is the source of her own wisdom.

The Virgin Goddess reminds us to activate our own inner power and to remember that all that we need can be found from within, we just have to take the steps to listen and honor our mind, body, and soul. We just have to learn to treat our body as the sacred temple that it is.

One of the best ways to use the energy of the Virgo New Moon is to think about ways we can all embody the idea that our body is our temple.

Very often, this requires simply listening. Simply listening to our body and the innate wisdom that rises up from within.

Our body can be a messenger if we are paying attention and if we are listening to our intuition. Ask your Higher Self, Angels, Guides, or even Mother Moon to send you a sign if you are dealing with some health problems that don’t seem to have a clear answer. Ask your body to reveal what it needs and trust the wisdom that arises.

Sometimes this wisdom will alert us to the right foods to eat, supplements to take, or doctors to see, other times, it will alert us to what or who we should avoid. Become your own advocate, whatever that means for you, and the Virgo lunar vibrations will support you all the way.

Mars, the planet of action, energy, and fire, is very active under this New Moon. The energy of Mars can sometimes make us feel a little irritable and stir where we may be holding on to fears and insecurities. It can deplete our tolerance levels too, making us short on patience and easily frustrated.

Being aware of this can help you to be compassionate towards yourself and others if you notice any of these feelings arise. On deeper levels however, Mars often stirs these less pleasant emotions in us when we have unresolved fears and insecurities that are preventing us from speaking our truth and doing what we want to do.

Mars can trigger where we have held ourselves back out of fear or insecurity. Essentially, any frustration or irritability we feel can indicate to where we have not been standing up for ourselves, following our heart or passions, or staying in our authentic truth.

If you feel yourself getting a little irritable, ask yourself where it may be really coming from and be mindful of taking it out on the wrong people. If nothing else, Mars energy can also be channeled into physical activity, and with the Moon in Virgo, you could also take this opportunity to do a deep cleaning or reorganizing of your space.

When we work productively with Mars energy, it can give us the confidence and stamina needed to push past our fears and address what is really troubling us. Combining this with the Virgo New Moon, we can use the energy to set intentions that are daring and geared to help us push past our fears.

Aquarius Super Full Moon ♥

Friday the 12th of August, we have a Super Full Moon in the Air sign of Aquarius. This will be the final Supermoon for 2022

Full Moons, especially Super Full Moons, are always bringing to our attention what needs to be released from our lives. They bring our awareness to all that must be stripped away to keep us evolving and moving higher on our path.

August’s Full Moon falls in the air sign of Aquarius, the sign of the water bearer. The water bearer is a symbol of healing and transmutation. It has the gift of collecting “water”- the emotional, psychic energy of the world around us, in its vessel and clearing it using the power of the breath before returning it to the Earth.

As Aquarian energy will beam strong under this Full Moon, we can use it to connect with the gift of the water-bearer. We can use the power of our breath to transform dense, heavy, negative, or grief-stricken energies around us into something lighter, hopeful, and more loving.

As the last Super Moon of the year, the Aquarian Full Moon may also bring us closure or guide us to finally reach a decision point on our journey. We may now know exactly which way we need to turn. We may now know which way we need to travel in order to reach our chosen destination.

Saturn, the Lord of Karma is very active under this Full Moon. Whenever Saturn is active, it can press on us to take greater responsibility for our actions and to ensure we are moving in accordance with our higher self.

If any actions you are taking are not in alignment with your soul, or if you are forgoing some of your responsibilities, this Full Moon may bring this information into your awareness.

The lessons that Saturn brings can sometimes be harsh, but they always bring opportunities for greater growth. With Saturn, as long as you are willing to show up, do the work, and take ownership over the direction of your life, it will lend its support and help you to reach heights you never dreamed you could. When you do the work that Saturn puts in front of you, it can bring success, honors, and rewards.

The August Full Moon is also closely connected with the Uranus North Node conjunction, which is a major cosmic energy we are working with all through the month.

This cosmic energy is set to shake things up and bring instability to the things that we once considered stable. This is happening on more of a global level than a personal one and may activate issues around farming, agriculture, natural resources, and finance.

We have already seen a lot of issues unfolding in these areas, but the Uranus North Node conjunction will continue to reveal things, helping us to ultimately make sustainable, long term changes that will hopefully push us to a higher state of our collective destiny.

On a personal level, the Full Moon triggering the Uranus North Node energies may get us thinking about what we can truly rely on and how to navigate any sense of instability that may have cropped up in our lives. We may need to change our ways to adapt or decide if we really want to continue on the path we are traveling.

Ultimately this Full Moon will act as a catalyst to help bring more of this energy into our awareness and into the foundation of our greater society.

The combination of energy stirred under this Aquarian Full Moon has the potential to make it feel like a bit of a harsh one.

With Saturn and the Uranus North Node conjunction triggered, we may feel a bit heavy, or extra sensitive and emotional. In fact, when Saturn energy is strong, we can often feel smothered or stifled. And when Uranus energy is strong, we can often feel unsettled, uneasy, or have this looming sense that change is on the way. The Moon then acts as an amplifier of our emotions, supercharging all of these feelings.

The best way to navigate through all of this energy is to remember the healing gifts that Aquarius can bring. Remember that we hold the power in our breath to regulate our mind, body, and emotions.

We have no control over what happens in the world around us, we have no control over the events that unfold, but we do have control over how we choose to show up, how we choose to handle things, and what we choose to give our energy to.

Make a conscious decision under this Full Moon to give your energy to all that fills you up. Make a conscious decision to choose to see things in a way that both honors your truth and brings peace. Allow your heart to radiate like the Moon, big, bright, and Full.

Leo New Moon ♥

We have a New Moon this Friday 29th of July falling in the fire sign of Leo. With both the Sun and Moon in Leo all things associated with the Leo the Lion will be amplified.

When the Sun and Moon link up in the same sign it marks the beginning of a new Lunar cycle for the Moon and represents the formation of a new venture in the birth charts of all of us.

So even if we don’t have any planets in the sign the Leo New Moon’s taking place in, it still brings forth a time where we are being called to embark on something new.

Taking place in Leo this time around, these new beginnings are all about identity and sense of self. Now is the time to incorporate new ways of honoring our most authentic expression into our lives unapologetically.

Since Leo is the sign ruled by the Sun, there can often be a desire to be seen or acknowledged by others, but the Leo New Moon is less about validation from others and more about how we authenticate ourselves, regardless of who’s watching.

If you can, look at the house in your birth chart Leo governs over. This is where you can expect some new beginnings to be brought forth surrounding self-expression, acknowledgement, and authority.

There is s softness to the Leo New Moon that will feel like quite a relief. Leo rules the heart, loves to play and be creative. As one of  the sweetest New Moons we have experienced in a while. It carries the vibration of abundance, joy, and creativity. It is a beautiful New Moon for checking in with the flow of our lives and if we are where we want to be.

Some days, life tends to pass in a blur. We get caught up in the rush and swept up in the flow of our past actions and beliefs. But the Leo New Moon is a good time to pause and consider the direction of our lives.

Are we moving in a direction that feels good? Are we taking actions each day that fill us with joy and inspiration, or are we living merely out of habit?

Whatever awakenings we may have around these questions, the Leo New Moon will be on our side, supporting us through any changes we wish to make or any new ideas, habits, or ventures we wish to try.

We can also use the symbolism of the Leo Lion to help guide our direction. Leo the Lion shares the message that we can be proud, confident, and fierce in who we are.

When we shed the superficial, when we shed the burdens, when we shed the things that block us from being our true selves, we are able to truly shine.

Venus and Black Moon Lilith are traveling closely together at the time of this New Moon, further amplifying this need to be our true authentic selves, especially when it comes to embracing more of our feminine qualities, which live within us all.

But, the most active planet under this Leo New Moon is Jupiter. Jupiter is the planet of abundance and expansion. Coupled with the energy of the Leo New Moon, it will guide us to bring more of our heart energy into the world. The world definitely needs more heart energy right now, and this New Moon offers all of us that gift.

Moments after this New Moon, Jupiter also stations retrograde, making its energy doubly strong and more influential.

In astrology, Jupiter is known for bringing optimism and allowing us to see the silver lining, so if there is something challenging going on in your life, use this New Moon to help see a more positive or hopeful side to things.

While the Leo New Moon brings waves of harmonious energy into our being, there is another force that is humming along in the background, which may bring some unsettling energies into our world.

This unsettling energy comes from the Uranus North Node Conjunction. As nice as this Leo New Moon is, we may not be able to escape some of the upheaval that is destined to unfold from this powerful conjunction.

The Uranus North Node conjunction is about raising our collective destiny. The things that we once relied on may not feel so reliable anymore. Our values and the things we depend on as a society is changing. But all of this is in an effort to escalate our collective consciousness and to move us to a higher timeline of our destiny.

A certain amount of chaos is inevitable on this journey, and we may see some of that triggered around the Leo New Moon. But we all must remember that the Leo New Moon offers us a beginning to a beautiful authentic way of being, a beacon of light.

So if we feel or world is a little rocky, or unsettling energies are whirring around, remember to look for and know that the beacon of light is pulsing outwards and getting stronger.

Capricorn Super Full Moon ♥

Thursday the 14th of July, we have our second Super Full Moon this season in the Earth sign of Capricorn, the Sea-Goat. This is the biggest Super Full Moon this year being the closest to Earth.

The energy surrounding the Capricorn Full Moon calls for us to take responsibility for our lives and the direction we are traveling.

If we are not happy, if we are not fulfilled, if we are not spending our time how we wish to, this Full Moon asks us to take charge and own up to any of our self-sabotaging actions which may have led us here.

Confronting what is not working and taking responsibility for how some things have unfolded can always be challenging, but there is a power to be found in doing this work, there is a power in addressing what we may be doing to contribute and how we can turn things around to get our lives closer to where we want to be.

Of course, there is only so much in our control, but if we use the powers of this Full Moon wisely, it can guide us to overcome obstacles, face up to challenges, and reach the top of whatever mountain we wish to climb.

Capricorn, the Sea-Goat is quite a powerful and resilient being that has developed the skills needed to climb the tallest mountain using its goat-like half and descend to the bottom of the ocean using its sea-like half.

This ability to journey through the oceans and the mountains gives the Sea-Goat a unique advantage point and perspective of the world.

It gives him the understanding and tolerance that there are many ways to look at things and many different perspectives. It also gives him a range of skills that no other being could compete with.

Learning how to climb to the top and swim to the depths is no easy feat, but as the Sea-Goat learns to accept both these sides of its being and to master each of these skills, it becomes stronger, powerful, and incredibly intelligent.

By overcoming the crashing waves and navigating the treacherous rocky slopes, the Sea-Goat also learns to build resilience and the sensitivity of what is truly worth its time and energy.

The Sea-Goat teaches us to honor all that we are, to appreciate different perspectives and to focus our time and energy on what we truly want out of life.

There are some hard aspects to the Capricorn Full Moon which may bring us some challenges.

Pluto, Lord of the Underworld is hovering close to this Full Moon, creating some heavy vibrations. We may find ourselves needing to come face to face with some uncomfortable things.

There may be a realization that some things need to come to an end, particularly around goals, or things that are blocking our goals. We may find ourselves needing to mature, let go, and realize that certain ideas, actions, or ventures are just not possible or sustainable right now.

There is a little bit of disheartened energy attached to this Full Moon, like a reality check or wake-up call that makes us realize that we just can’t go on. We may need to accept that some things are never going to be the way that we want them to be, or accept that unless we change, things are not going to get better.

Taking the mature, practical approach can help us to navigate any decisions with greater ease.

Letting go, closing doors, saying goodbye can all be hard things to do, but this Full Moon is our opportunity to re-write our next chapter, to transform our dreams and goals that didn’t work out, and to know that all we experience is a part of life and a part of making us stronger. There are truly no wrong paths in this life, just lessons, that make us wiser, better, and more capable human beings.

Mercury’s aspect to the Full Moon creates an inner conflict between rational thinking and intuitive feeling. Our hearts may say one thing but our heads another, making it harder to understand our true feelings and to share them. A distorted perception of reality can lead to confusion, anxiety, mixed feelings, indecisiveness, and poor judgment.

This aspect can make arguments more possible because of emotional bias or misunderstandings. We need to watch ourselves for becoming opinionated or prejudiced. Extra care needs to be taken with negotiations, important decisions, and sensitive discussion topics. Any way we can find the time to ground and step back from heightened feelings or decisions is the best way to navigate if anything should arise.

We also need to keep a check on our inner voice, is it self-deprecating or self-sabotaging? If we notice this happening, we need to switch things around and make our inner self-talk honest but also something that makes us feel good and positive.

On a positive aspect we have Uranus bringing in positive change and exciting opportunities. We should feel more open-minded, curious, creative, and experimental. Heightened intuition and self-awareness is heightened which can give us the confidence to try new things and become more independent. This is a good time to take some risks, initiate change, and act more spontaneously.

Chance encounters are possible, and we may have connections with unusual types of people or those from different ethnic or cultural backgrounds. This is also a good time to break bad habits and to leave boring or unhealthy relationships.

The Capricorn Super Full Moon is a bit of a mixed bag, but there are so many jewels hidden in its depths if we are willing to dive to the bottom or climb to the top to reach them. If we follow our intuition and connect through our hearts, there are new opportunities waiting for us on the horizon.

Gemini New Moon ♥

Monday 30th we have a New Moon in Gemini and this will close the Eclipse Portal, bringing an end to the Autumn Eclipse Season.

New Moons are a time for rejuvenation and manifestation. New Moons ask us to make space for new beginnings.

Gemini is a mutable air sign that is ruled by Mercury, the planet associated with communication, short-distance travel, and thinking. Mercury is currently retrograde and will remain so until June 3rd. When a planet is in retrograde, we are called to dedicate time to reflection, revaluation, and review. That’s especially important during this New Moon because Gemini is notable for being a bit of a trickster, the vibration of the twin dual energy has two sides & faces.

The past 4 weeks have seen an abundance of disruption, as the Eclipses in Taurus and Scorpio were triggering karmic Saturn, and coinciding with the Mercury retrograde. While this New Moon represents a fresh start after Eclipse season, we also have a continuation of some of the primary themes that have been coming up for us recently.

Eclipse season is always a highly transformative time with a lot of new information coming in and brings a high manifestation energy.

Whatever manifested, Eclipses always put us where we need to be, even if it doesn’t quite feel like it at first! They are known for bringing fated events and situations that are designed to boost our level of consciousness, often quite quickly!

No matter where we stand after these Eclipses, the Gemini New Moon will be like a gentle hand, guiding us to digest all the energies that have come our way.

The first New Moon after Eclipse Season is always an important one, as it brings a dose of fresh energy and fresh perspective, allowing us to integrate all that has unfolded, and feel more confident when it comes to taking our next steps forward.

While this fresh energy from the Gemini New Moon will be welcomed, there is some mentally foggy energy stirring at this time, cautioning us to move slowly and be patient. While we may feel some ease as we settle on new ground, the Universe is asking us to take it easy.

This mentally foggy energy partially comes from Mercury, which is the ruling planet of Gemini, currently retrograde. As Gemini’s ruler, Mercury takes on an even greater influence under this New Moon.

During the New Moon, we need to give ourselves permission to take our time and not rush into any decisions with haste. The Universe is slowing things down so we can take our time, so we can catch your breath, and make the best decision moving forward.

If the mentally foggy energy rolling in under this New Moon starts to feel uncomfortable, focus on clearing your mind, removing obsessive or repetitive thinking, and bringing your awareness to the present. Try to keep your mind clear of clutter, and it will be easier to navigate some of this foggy energy.

Mercury has to do with our communication, both internally and externally. We often focus on external communication, but our inner dialogue is equally significant, and Mercury Retrograde in Taurus is asking us to take a look at old stories and inner dialogues that need to be released.

Especially in the Taurean themes of money, relationships, values, self-worth, romance, and our ability to care for “our garden”. Self-awareness and self-reflection about how we can improve our inner dialogue and stories about these topics can yield us wonderful results now. Gemini is a storyteller, and it’s time for some new stories!

Venus, the ruler of Taurus, is our ally here. Venus in Taurus is gently helping us release those old stories that have no place in our lives anymore and remind us of the natural abundance of the Universe, which Taurus is deeply in tune with.

Another carry-over from Eclipse season is the dominance of karmic Saturn right now in Aquarius, getting ready to retrograde on June 4th. This sets up an aspect between Mercury in Taurus and Saturn in Aquarius, both stationing. Again, a strong energy surrounding external communications. There may be confusion and mixed messages swirling, so staying clear and steady rather than flying-off-the-handle or making assumptions is important. Taking a pause before reacting or hitting “send” on the text or email could end up making a big difference. Whenever Saturn is involved, the repercussions of our actions can have big significance.

Uranus in Taurus brings in that Uranian unpredictability, we can see this in some ways like having an “itchy trigger finger” right now. Gemini can be restless and impulsive, and Mercury retrograde can cloud our judgment, so it’s important to refine our internal sensitivity about when we are tapped into our intuition, and when we are merely caught in the sway of one of those old ‘stories’.

Our “trigger finger” is also especially eager right now thanks to the rare conjunction of Mars and Jupiter in Aries. Jupiter is only in Aries every 12 years, and Mars is only in it’s home sign every 2 years, so this conjunction happens once a decade at most, but in any case, it is a rare and exciting conjunction!

Which once again pushes us towards the optimism of fresh starts and new beginnings. But besides for optimism, Jupiter is also known for its blind faith and sometimes recklessness. And active Mars can easily be spurred on by Jupiter’s extravagance.

Under the Gemini New Moon, there is also a softer, more gentle energy floating by which is worth tapping into, and that is the energy of Chariklo.

Chariklo is known as the asteroid of Spirit Medicine. It represents returning to the Earth for spiritual healing and remembering that we are an intrinsic part of life on this planet.

Chariklo is a very gentle energy that can help to facilitate and bring ease to any healing journeys we have been on. It reminds us to turn to nature for grounding and support.

Another sweet, yet subtle energy that surrounds this Gemini New Moon is Aldebaran, a Royal Star that has been highly revered by many ancient cultures around the world. At this time of this New Moon, both the Sun and Moon will be conjunct Aldebaran.

Aldebaran carries the energy of success, honor, and rewards, giving this New Moon a lucky glow. Aldebaran is also believed to be home to the Silver Gate Portal.

After the heavy energies of Eclipse Season, the Gemini New Moon should feel much quieter and should bring a softening.

While this New Moon won’t bring total clarity, it does remind us to be patient, to move slowly, and to focus on the gentler and more subtle aspects of our healing journey.

If life is still feeling hectic after the Eclipse transformations, know that this New Moon brings a reminder that it is ok to take our time to process, digest, and reflect.

Scorpio Blood Moon Eclipse

Monday the 16th of May we have a Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse rising in the water sign of Scorpio.  The Eclipse will be visible from across North and South America, plus parts of Europe and Africa.

A Blood Moon Eclipse is rare and potent. It signifies an ending, a closure point to a chapter not just in our lives, but on our soul journey too.

Blood Moon Eclipses get their name from the reddish hue the Moon takes on when a Total Lunar Eclipse occurs. A Total Lunar Eclipse or Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse always falls on a Full Moon and is the most potent kind we can experience. They carry the weight of a thousand Full Moons!

Eclipses can activate our soul’s contract which can bring forward events that are essential for our growth and evolution. Eclipses can place obstacles on our path, but they also eventually put us in a place, where we need to be.

This Scorpio Blood Moon Eclipse is called the carrier of endings and closures

The Blood Moon Eclipse will guide us to close the doors on certain chapters of our lives as it signifies closure, completions, and endings. This Eclipse may just be the trigger something that needs to stop.

As the Blood Moon Eclipse falls in the sign of Scorpio we may find ourselves retreating to shed our layers and transform deeper into another aspect of ourselves on life’s journey.

Scorpio is represented by a Scorpion that can shed its skin and transform itself. The Scorpio energy is also linked to the Phoenix as this mythical creature has the strength to birth itself from ashes.

We will be offered the power to do this for ourselves and rise into our highest form from the ashes. The Eclipse may bring ashes to us, but it will also promise that we too will be able to rise like the Phoenix and be reborn to fulfill our true potential.

As we feel the Eclipse energy building, we may find ourselves needing to retreat or conserve our energy. In this quiet space, we may find ourselves experiencing awakenings, ah-ha moments, and deeper realisations about our paths journey, our relationships, and the situations we find ourselves in.

Eclipses are a highly sensitive, psychic time, so pay attention to any nagging feelings or intuitions. As Mercury will also be in retrograde under this Eclipse, we may find ourselves feeling mentally foggy or even a little confused about how to proceed in our external world.

If this arises, we should take it as a call to go within, be patient, and get still with our inner voice.

Our inner voice always knows the way, and even though this Eclipse may require us to be a little patient in what unfolds, we can trust that we will have all the answers we need in time.

Under this Blood Moon Eclipse, Venus and Chiron will also be in alignment. This planetary combination can send purifying, healing vibrations our way, helping us to find closure on wounds that have troubled us.

Some wounds can never be healed, but under this Eclipse there are soothing energies that can support us in finding our balance and strength.

As Blood Moon Eclipses are a good time for endings, we can consciously use this energy to set an intention to bring an ending to any painful wounds, stories, or situations that we may find ourselves in.

Mars and Neptune are also in alignment under this Eclipse, guiding us to focus on our spiritual connection. Mars is a fearless, warrior-driven energy, whereas Neptune is all about a higher love and connection.

This combination of energy under the Blood Moon Eclipse guides us to focus on our spiritual wellbeing and to remember that we are souls here for a human experience.

This is also a highly dramatic Moon as Scorpio Full Moons tend to be with every potential of conflict, argument and power and control games. If not for the help and support of Pluto, Mars and Neptune, this one could be a train wreck.

Full Moons are known for making big emotional waves, but with supportive aspects from Pluto in Capricorn (integrity and truth), as well as Mars and Neptune in Pisces (action guided by spirituality, faith, and compassion), we are offered many possible paths to finding smooth cleansing with this energy.

There will be one more Blood Moon Eclipse this year in November and it will be visible to us in Australia 😊. These two Eclipses will work together. It is very likely that the November Eclipse will carry similar themes to whatever is unfolding for us under the Scorpio Blood Moon Eclipse.

Pay attention to what comes up during the Eclipse, if it still needs time to bubble up to the surface then we just need to observe, catalogue it and allow it to unfold as needed.

Taurus New Moon Eclipse ♥

On Sunday the 1st of May we have a New Moon rising in the sign of Taurus for us here in Australia. This New Moon also heralds our first Eclipse for 2022. It is a partial Eclipse and will be visible across parts of South/West South America, Pacific, Atlantic and Antarctica. Not visible in Australia

Solar Eclipses always fall on a New Moon, and while this is only a Partial Solar Eclipse, it is still ultra-potent and carries the weight of a hundred New Moons!

New Moons always represent new beginnings, so this Eclipse is likely to open doors, open windows, and draw entirely new paths for us in the cosmic skies.

This lunation opens the Eclipse portal and begins a cycle that will keep unfolding for six months. The New Moon Solar Eclipse takes place on the Lunar North Node, the point in space indicating our evolutionary direction. The Sun and the Moon will be conjunct Uranus, the Great Awakener.

The activation of Uranus exponentially increases the unpredictability and the possibilities of sudden, unexpected changes that are already high during Eclipse season. Shifts in the global economy and financial markets, and disruption to food production and distribution are possible. This Eclipse will accelerate our movement towards the future inviting us to accept change and adapt to it, even if it doesn’t conform to our expectations.

The keyword for the Taurus New Moon Eclipse is opportunity, so if there is something we want, this is our cosmic invitation to connect with our heart’s desire and see what comes in.

While New Moons are typically powerful moments in the month for manifestation work, under a Solar Eclipse it is actually better to go with the flow and trust what the Universe brings our way.

Eclipses can always take us by surprise, but it is worthwhile remembering that they always put us where we need to be, even if it doesn’t feel like it at first! In fact, Eclipses can accelerate our timeline, bringing forward things that were ultimately inevitable. Things can happen quickly under an Eclipse!

This is extra true for the Taurus New Moon Solar Eclipse as the planet Uranus is very active. Uranus is known for bringing surprises and events that seem to appear out of the blue. Its energy promises some sort of radical shift from one state to the next.

Uranus can sometimes be a bit shocking in the way that it works, but ultimately its goal is to bring more freedom into our lives. It wants to liberate us from all that is holding us back so we can step into a truer and more authentic place.

Uranus is also the planet of awakening, so if any surprises do show up under this Eclipse, treat it as a sort of wake-up call to reassess our path and our actions.

Awakening moments can be painful, but if we allow ourselves to blossom rather than retreat back, it can lead to wonderful places!

Jupiter and Venus will also be in perfect alignment under this April Eclipse, offering sweet, nurturing, and abundant vibrations. Venus is the natural ruler of Taurus, so its energy is extra strong at this time too and will give this Eclipse a much softer expression.

With Jupiter and Venus in harmony at this time, it seems that no matter what the Eclipse brings, there will likely be a silver lining, or we may just find it easier to join the flow and create ease amongst any changes.

As this Eclipse is about opportunity, this planetary combination can also bring long-held wishes into our reality. If there is something we have been working towards for a long time, this Eclipse may just bring the rewards of our hard work!

Venus and Jupiter are one of the sweetest combinations of cosmic energy out there, and to feel it, all we have to do is breathe it in and know we are worthy to receive it.

Venus and Jupiter are also the signature for abundance, so keeping our minds focused on abundant thinking and aligned with thoughts of gratitude will be extra beneficial and will allow us to align with the flow of abundant energies this cosmic energy brings.

While Solar Eclipses don’t really require us to set goals or request anything of the Universe, they are a good time to bring our awareness to our hearts and ensure they are open to receiving.

Taurus is the sign associated with self-worth, so bring attention to where you are holding your worth and to any known or hidden feelings of unworthiness. More self-love is often the antidote whenever feelings of not being good enough show up.

We are navigating a time of profound personal and collective transformation, full of upheavals, challenges, and trials. The structures, the lifestyles, the coping mechanisms, and the patterns that have been working for us so far aren’t working any longer. Even if we don’t feel ready to let go of the known, we are being encouraged to explore new ways of being and learn what works as we go.

Libra Full Moon April 2022

Sunday the 17th of April, we have a Full Moon rising in the sign of Libra. The Libran Full Moon is also knowns as the Pink Moon and is the opening of the Eclipse Gateway. The first of two Eclipses occurs in 2 weeks later on April 30th during the New Moon Solar Eclipse.

There is a lot of strong energy building up to the Full Moon and during this Lunation. There is a lot of tension in the astrological air right now. It seems that wherever there has been tension, whatever has been pulled too tightly, is going to snap back, forcing us to make changes and to find a new way to harmony.

The Libran Full Moon is shining the light on indecision and scattered energy in our lives. It may be showing us where we have been on the fence when it comes to choices we need to make or that we keep changing our minds back and forth. It can be frustrating as we feel all over the place, pulled in multiple directions, and perhaps that we don’t have all the information needed in order to make a decision.

As Libra rules over how we connect with others, our relationships may also come into the spotlight under this Full Moon.

Keep in mind that most of the people we encounter in this life can be mirrors, reflecting back to us the things that we need to work on or celebrate within ourselves, however, due to the cosmic forces surrounding this Full Moon, there is a strong need for us to assert ourselves, set firm boundaries, and ensure that the flow of giving and receiving is equal when it comes to our relationships.

Whatever may come up we need to keep the idea of harmony in our mind. Knowing that anything that falls apart, any “disharmony” that presents itself, is simply an opportunity to smooth the flow of energy in and out of our lives.

The chart surrounding the Libran Full Moon is quite complex with plenty of things going on.

La Luna makes positive aspects to Mars and Saturn, and challenging aspects to Jupiter, Neptune and Pluto. There are also two very positive fixed stars that align with this Full Moon and we have the conjunction of Jupiter & Neptune energy at play here to.. But the one planet that stands out the most in the chart is Pluto, dwarf planet Eris comes in strong to.

Pluto’s influence here can lead to compulsive and destructive behavior as deeply buried feelings are exposed. Things may rise to the surface that we are completely unaware of, feelings and wounds deeply buried.

Emotional power struggles are possible and may become quite ruthless. Jealousy, manipulation, guilt-tripping, bullying, sexual abuse, or domestic violence may be involved.

Such intense emotions and reactions may become difficult to control and lead to a personal crisis. This aspect is also associated with spying and other invasions of privacy. Confronting family secrets may be revealed, or your own secrets or embarrassing habits may be exposed.

Although sometimes very painful, gaining awareness of destructive Pluto influences can be healing, with opportunities to transform and evolve. The Moon trine Mars and Saturn make this easier. It also makes this a good Full Moon to eliminate prejudice, racism, fears and phobias, addiction, sexual problems, and unhealthy relationships.

The positive influences combined will help to reduce the challenging influence of Pluto. It gives us the chance to let go of bad habits, obsessions, and compulsions. This will lead to healing from a positive transformation of our emotions and relationships.

Along with Pluto, Eris is very active under the Libran Full Moon. Eris is known as the Goddess of Discord and Strife. Eris is a powerful warrior that moves from her feminine instincts, not her masculine ones. Her warrior-like nature comes from her heart. She is the mother that can lift a car in order to save her baby. She is the witch that is strong and confident in her magic. She is the woman that owns her sexuality and knows she is desirable. Her energy can be in some way likened to Black Moon Lilith.

Dark feminine qualities can include things like jealousy, possessiveness, and manipulation, but it can also include transformation, magic, alchemy, healthy sexual expression, and feeling self-assured.

No matter our gender expression, when we work consciously with the energy of Eris, it helps us to embrace our darker feminine side, the side that is shunned by society the most.

When we embrace our dark feminine, it allows us to balance the light feminine qualities, so we are not just agreeable and nurturing towards others all the time, but we can also stand in our power and own all of who we are.

Wherever Eris creates discord and strife, is often where we need to stand up and embrace our shadow feminine side. Sometimes this embrace requires us to clear things that are not serving our highest good, and other times, this embrace requires us to step into our power more.

While Eris may be stirring things under this Full Moon, whatever destruction she leaves in her path is a call for us to find a new way to harmony. Libra is all about creating harmony and balance, so know this is a cosmic force that is on our side.

As always, Full Moons are powerful moments of release and endings. We can tap into the Libran Full Moon energy to bring closure to anything in our lives that no longer brings us harmony. Trust the wisdom that lives within us when it comes to any decisions that need to be made.

There is a duality to this Full Moon which advises us to be strong in what needs to be done but soft and allowing in the way that it can be done.

✨The Jupiter-Neptune Conjunction

On April 12-13th Jupiter will enter Pisces and Neptune a few days later on April 17-18th Their conjunction in the same sign occurs approximately every twelve years, but it is not usually near the ingress (entry into a new sign). The last time they were together in Aquarius was in 1856, and in Pisces in 1869.

Their meeting in Pisces is arguably the most intense energetic combination as Jupiter is considered the ancient ruler of Pisces and Neptune is considered the modern ruler.

As Jupiter and Neptune both have strong energetic cords when moving through Pisces, it allows us to harness the full potential of this energy.

It brings a significant emphasis on all things Pisces, the sign represented by two fishes swimming in opposite directions, which are symbolic of the natural duality of material creation.

The Jupiter-Neptune conjunction can embody an idealistic, spiritual, creative, generous, and sympathetic spirit. It may indicate a powerful desire for justice, to the point of being willing to make personal sacrifices for an ideological cause. Substance abuse issues may also be indicated, along with a weak will or impractical nature in some instances. Choose wisely!

Neptune and Jupiter coming together can inspire new forms of media and movements in film, photography, and music. It is a highly creative energy that thins the veil, allowing us to see or realise things we couldn’t before.

The Jupiter Neptune conjunction in Pisces unlock the door to the hidden realms, to viewpoints that have only existed in the shadows or beneath the surface. This energy combination is also a classic signature for spiritual awakening.

All things in the spiritual realm can expand, flourish, and grow under this energy. We may even find ourselves exploring new understandings of life beyond life or connections with otherworldly beings.

Under this energy, we may feel the desire to create deeper spiritual connections, and that inner divine flame that lives within may call out to us more and more.

On its highest vibration, Neptune is the planet of unconditional love and Jupiter is the planet of expansion. As they join forces, we can be reminded of our connection to each other, and the love that flows within and around each and every one of us. Rather than seeing division, we can see that we are connected, that we all deserve love, and that separation is just an illusion.

While Jupiter and Neptune coming together offer beautiful vibrations, they can also trigger events around water, such as flooding and water supply issues. As if we haven’t heard enough fury from the energy of the Black Water Tiger here on the East Coast of Australia.

Water is also symbolic of our collective emotions, so with Neptune and Jupiter coming together, there may be an increase in the emotional aura of the planet.

As a collective, we may find ourselves dealing with something that triggers a high emotional response, or we may simply find that the already present emotional, psychic energies of the planet are ready to be cleansed and cleared away.

Healers, psychics, creatives, and spiritual teachers are likely to be in high demand under this energy. If this is your calling, you may find your gifts awakened under this energy. If you are yet to step into this calling, these energies may make it hard for you to ignore.

Neptune also rules over escapism, so we could see an increase in drug use and other things that are used to escape from reality. Neptune can also create fogginess and illusion, making it hard for us to see the truth or to know which path we wish to take.

Under this energy, we may find it hard to get grounded or to know where we stand. We may find it hard to commit, to make decisions, or to source all of the information we need for security and comfort.

As this is such strong, watery energy, the best way to navigate through all of this is to go with the flow, to surrender, and to see the perspective of all sides.

Jupiter and Neptune expand our awareness, allowing us to recognize that not everything is black and white, and in the eyes of the Universe there is no right or wrong, only vibration.

Trusting and following our instincts is also going to become important under this energy. When the road ahead is foggy and we can’t see our way forward using our traditional senses, we have to go within, we have to connect to our subtler senses to find our way forward.

The Four Royal Stars ✨

Our night sky is scattered with an endless number of stars, but there are four stars that seem to have captured the attention of ancient astrologers. These stars are known as the Royal Stars and include Aldebaran, Regulus, Antares, and Fomalhaut.

From many corners of the globe, these stars seem to hold extra importance and divine significance. It seems that our ancient ancestors were clued into the magic and mysteries that these stars possess. It is even very likely that this knowledge was delivered to them by the star beings themselves.

The Royal Stars are said to be the guardians of the night sky, and gateways to higher realms of consciousness. Each of these fixed stars rests in a corner of our night sky, creating an almost perfect square or perhaps, mapping out an energetic portal.

These Royal Stars hold incredibly powerful vibrations and are considered very fortunate and lucky if they are active in your personal birth chart or in our cosmic skies, however, as with all things powerful, they come with great responsibility.

Whenever the Sun, Moon, or a planet in our solar system comes within one to two degrees of these stars, we are able to tap into their wisdom and insights with greater ease.

✨Aldebaran- 9 degrees of Gemini

Active May 29-31

Aldebaran is the guardian of the eastern sky and is said to be the leader of all stars. Aldebaran is one of the brightest stars in our night sky.

According to Shamanic Astrology, Aldebaran is home to the Silver Gate, a portal where souls travel as they descend to Earth. Working with the energy of Aldebaran is believed to help facilitate the transformation of our minds into higher levels of consciousness and enlightenment.

When Aldebaran is activated, it can help us to sharpen our minds and unlock a deeper wisdom and higher truth. It can enhance our intelligence, allowing us to innovate, solve complex problems, and see the world from a higher viewpoint.

While the energy of this Royal Star can be a tonic for our mind and mental health, it can also have the opposite effect too. If we are unconscious of how we use this energy, we can find ourselves with an overactive mind that creates unrest and anxiety. The intelligence that Aldebaran unlocks can also be used to manipulate, outsmart, or overpower others. In time, this can lead to our own mental destruction.

For all of us, the energy of Aldebaran is most active when it aligns with the Sun, which happens each year from May 29th-31st.

Work with the energies of Aldebaran on these days by clearing your mind, getting your thoughts out on paper, learning something new, using your thoughts for abundant thinking rather than self-limiting behavior, and meditating on the power of your mind.

✨Regulus- 0 degrees of Virgo

Active August 22-25

Regulus is the guardian of the northern sky and is known as the heart of the lion. Its energy is most active as we cross from Leo Season into Virgo Season.

The heart of the lion is courageous, bold, and passionate. Its actions are always honorable and noble. Regulus is the star connected to Kings, Queens, and leaders. In ancient astrology, whenever Regulus was active in the night sky, it was seen as an omen for royal families. On a deeper level however, Regulus is connected to the Crown Chakra (not just to those who wear crowns!)

As the guardian of the north, Regulus helps us to activate our Crown Chakra, which is our gateway to our higher self and the rest of our lower chakras.

When our Crown Chakra is in balance, the rest of our energy centers flow with ease. A strong Crown Chakra also gives us the awareness that we are part of something bigger than just ourselves. Our Crown Chakra can also connect us to the divinity that flows within and all around us.

When Regulus is active in our birth chart, or in the night sky, we can use this energy to facilitate our spiritual growth, follow our passions, and make bold and courageous decisions.

Regulus is also considered the star of forgiveness, so you can also use this energy to forgive yourself and others.

✨Antares- 9 degrees of Sagittarius

Active December 2-4

Antares is the guardian of the western sky and is one of the brightest stars we can see with the naked eye. It lies directly opposite Aldebaran, creating a powerful axis.

If Aldebaran in Gemini is connected to our mental body, Antares in Sagittarius is connected to our emotional body.

When the Sun crosses this axis between Aldebaran and Antares from May 29-31 and then again from December 2-4, it can open a stargate, allowing us to receive psychic downloads and balance our mental and emotional bodies.

In some cultures, Antares was considered a resting place for souls as they made their journey to the afterlife.

Antares is closely connected to the energy of Mars. Mars is fearless, confident, passionate, and bold, but can also be hot-tempered, irritable, and impulsive.

When out of balance, the energy of Antares can manifest as obsession, reckless behavior, or acting on impulse.

The best way to work with the energy of Antares is to learn how to balance your emotional state. This may involve talking to a therapist, learning how to protect your energy, meditative practices, and learning the skills needed to properly express and communicate how you are feeling.

Our emotional body holds a deep wisdom that is connected to our passions, purpose, and sixth sense. When in balance, we can truly flourish.

For all of us, we can connect to the energies of Antares when the Sun aligns with it from December 2nd-4th. This is the perfect time to bring awareness to our emotional state and to clear any emotions that are leading to imbalances.

This is also a power day to connect with our passions, trust where our feelings may be trying to guide us, and listen to our intuition. The energy of Antares is also a powerful guide for leading a life that is filled with more passion, pleasure, and purpose.

This alignment has already passed this year.

✨Fomalhaut- 4 degrees of Pisces

Active February 21-24

Fomalhaut is the guardian of the southern sky and is sometimes referred to as the loneliest star, as it seems to light up a large stretch of the night sky all by itself.

Fomalhaut is connected to the return of the light after a period of darkness, and finding the light within ourselves. It is high in the sky during the transitionary seasons of Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere and Spring in the Southern Hemisphere.

Fomalhaut holds a highly transformative energy, reminding us that all things are temporary. All things in this life come and go, but with every death, something is reborn.

This process of transformation is a highly creative one, and Fomalhaut is said to inspire extraordinary talent and gifts in the areas of art, music, writing, science, and spirituality.

If you have Fomalhaut active in your chart (within 1-2 degrees of your Sun, Moon, any planet, Rising Sign, or Midheaven), there is a strong possibility that your creative or spiritual talents will bring you notability.

Compared to the other Royal Stars, Fomalhaut is a much softer energy and its vibration seems to be more attuned to our soul energy than to our human body.

Fomalhaut can activate our spiritual gifts and strengthen our psychic and intuitive abilities. As it works on a more subtle level, its essence can be difficult to pin down.

In fact, this is also part of the nature of Fomalhaut. Its nature can make it hard to stay grounded and can lead to escapism or being out of touch with reality. Part of the lesson that Fomalhaut offers is to balance the energy between body and soul, and to use our talents for the greater good, rather than for personal gain.

Fomalhaut aligns with the Sun from February 21st-24th, on these days, we can use its energy to strengthen our spiritual connection, work on our creative talents, and to remember that new beginnings are always on offer when something falls away.
